Most Expensive Cars To Insure (Forbes)

Looks like the Evo and many sporty cars have dropped off the list of most expensive to insure according to Forbes. Article was published October 9, 2006 so it's a fairly new list.

Top 10 Most Expensive Cars To Insure

Also just for curiousity sake, America's Most Stolen Vehicles (Published on August 2, 2006)

Looks like the Evo was left off both lists recently.

Not of works lest any man should boast.

Please do not go crashing away. Pretty please? I would not like to see the Evo back on a Top 10 list that has (most expensive) in the title.

Not again.Don't buy an Evo if you think the insurance is to costly.Buy a Hybrid instead and go hug a tree.

Hybrids have a lot of specialty parts on it as well so wouldn't it be expensive to insure compared to a non-hybrid trim of the same model?

For cheap insurance, you can't beat a Toyota Camry.

Hah, I actually know a girl at school (High School) that drives one of those Land Rover Range Rover Sport Supercharged's to school everyday.

Yeah, I live in "that-kind" of community.

It's sad when you see kids driving around in such expensive cars. My friend's high school parking lot was packed with M3s, few M5s, Range Rovers, BMW 3, 5, X5, and all sorts of other expensive cars. He had one of the crappiest cars (RSX Type S) in the parking lot.

These figures cover 2002-2004 model year vehicles with an original MSRP of $30,000 or more.
maybe this is why evos aren't on the list. Were the 03-04 MSRP over 30K?
