super cheap on e-bay

this is a 98 civic hatchback with an e-bay turbo kit..seems clean but the buy iy now is only at like 2999 or something

is this legit?

I would ask him if its ok to come and check it out...pretend like your buying tickets or something (sound serious)..or better yet ask for a mech. shop inspectin at his area.. if he seemed not sure or hesitating...then he is scamming...thats what I would do
