haha u guys are way behind with this thing....

truth is they created that article to create more flow to the site - i was told this by a MOD on both this board and the s2ki board.

just imagine all the EVo owners that registered an acct there just to protect their cars.....just ignore it, most s2k members thought of the article as a disgusting POS as well.

i've never liked convertables....they were popular when my dad was my age.... ....when is honda going to make a good sports car that is affordable....of course the nsx was awesome but who can afford that....the evo even has more power than that car and it's 1/3 the price.....

this is the first time i have seen this but what i think is funny is that my buddies k20 eg civic destroys every s2k on the track. and i have been to about ten honda track days with him. the civic is the ultimate ecnobox out there. also who let's instructors drive their car anyways? this reminds me off that show on speed (redline tv i think) where the s2k driver said that integra's and civics were like pushing a wheel chair around the track. he ends driving off the track and breaking a rear axle while the civic takes first place in the point standings for the year.

I feel inclined to kill myself after reading that. Not once have I ever read a more bias article. As someone who spends a lot of time at the track, I find that mans attitude abrasive and rude. And spinning someones brand new Evo through the infield? Wow, that's just immature to drive a students car like that because you think you're trying to prove a point. I could go on all day, but I'm sure nobody wants to read paragraph after paragraph of endless ranting...especially after that S2K article they already had to stomach.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Honda/Acura does with next gen NSX. I had heard it may come out with AWD SH???
Similarly, I look forward to Audi's R8 hitting the pavement in a year or so.

Then I remember you could buy 3-4 Evos for the same price.

On the track I would prefer my S2000. As I saw throughout the day the EVO wasn't that impressive on the track.

On the road its another story... I'm a tall person, but I fit perfectly in my S2000... I would have liked just a bit more space and that is why I liked the EVO, because it does bring a overall balance in a car that I always wanted. Well, M3 was my first choice but the price wasn't there lol.
