Well after the insurance reported my evo totaled in december after only having it for 3 months.. I went on the hunt for a new car and finaly yesterday I placed an order for the new bmw 335i coupe. I got alpine white with beige interior gray poplar wood w/ sport package 6MT. I test drove it and i have to admit it doesnt have the kick like the evo did but its still realy fast, and its a bmw, 60 would come up realy fast. Car and driver tested the 0 to 60 on a automatic 335i @ 4.8. Now i have to wait 8 weeks for my car to come.... Hopefuly in the future i can do the tune from vishnu or maybe Dinan would have a tune out so it could still be warrentied.

They're pretty quick. I ran into one this weekend. I have the K&N, eflash, MBC, and I couldn't pull away from him on the fwy. ~30-120, right on me ****. If I was stock, he wouldn't taken me.

 

um well my dad is pretty close with the salesman and ive baught a bmw from him already so his going to give me a lot of discounts the alpine white with sport package im most likely going to get for about 40k. we havnt talked about the payments yet he said we will discuss that once the car comes in.

 

my friend got his about two months ago, the car feels pretty good overall.

and the good thing is the car is going to arrive right around my bday, so its going to be like a bday present for me. Its going to be the best present ive ever recieved in 18 years. The 335 is awsome! I test drove it a few weeks a go and it is quick for a stock car. When you get it give vishnu a call! The latest Xede dynos show 355hp and 405 torque at the wheels with a cat back

 

They can't even tune an Evo right, I wouldn't trust them with a 335i.

The method of cranking the boost way past safe on cali gas and making it run extremely rich so it doesn't blow is not a very effective method.

 

I'm jealous of the hookup. Configured the way I want, it comes out to $51k before taxes. I almost bought one before I got my Evo. It was just too quiet and w/o feel, it felt like you were driving the car remotely.

 

Ya like JayJay mentioned, on 93 octane w/just a catback and XEDE they made 355whp and 405lb-ft torque!

My friend ordered a 335i sedan a few weeks ago, should be pickin his up next week. Lol he's already got a catback n xede ordered I think hehe..

 

Well i might get the Xede or i might wait for Dinan to bring out their tune because everything dinan does is still under warrenty. I can get turbos or superchargers from dinan and still be in warrenty.. thats the only tuner bmw fully warrenties. Im still looking for which exhaust i want, the problem is i cant find any sound clips anywhere. Ive heard AC Schnitzer on a M6 and Hamann on a M5 and they both sound sick. i just need to find them on a 335i. The only one ive heard it Agency and i dont like it that much. Ill realy start looking once my car gets here around March.
