I think the sedan looks good, and they will look better in person, those look like renderings to me.

You would think that a mitsu lover had designed that car lol.. That is basically everything i would have done to make something look like crap!!!!

Sales are slow, and subaru thinks changing the exterior every 6 months of a car will make it sell better... (why not start with the interior and drivetrain)

Although it is very un-appealing, Subaru did that for a reason. You ever notice what the more dominating cars have been in the WRC for the last few years? Hatchback Focus and Citroens. Hmmm. That new WRX is still putrid though.

Does this have any influence (design) from Toyota b/c of the whole Toyota and Fuji Heavy Industries thing?

Wow, that's hideous. I can't think of anything I would rate as an improvement on that car styling wise vs. the original USDM STI. I don't like the look of the current one either. Going downhill fast.

It looks like my girlfriends Toyota Corolla S from the front - way to trash what I thought was a good looking car.

I wonder what the new STI will look like - certainly more aggressive (I hope) than the WRX shown? Anyway, for the sake of comparing apples to oranges at this point in time, the 2008 EVO looks far better than the 2008 WRX. But then again.. apples to oranges.

yeah it does look pretty ugly.. but that is the reason why Aftermarket industry will thrive from this. We should see some interesting things (aftermarket front grills, lips and bumpers) from Japan's aftermarket industry very soon.
