This car is gonna be so badass. I like how they make it for real drivers, upgrading the aero and suspension, and leaving the potent F20 motor stock. Time attack FTMFW!

The "track-worthy" variant of the S2K gets enough structural and body mods to make any time-attack junky weep, beginning with a quicker steering rack, stiffer springs and dampers and larger sway bars. Newly designed wider rear rollers gets shod in the finest Bridgestone Potenza RE070s and the new aero bits, comprised of a redesigned front clip, side skirts, rear bumper and spoiler, have been wind tested and racer approved.
In an effort to drop the pounds and low the center or gravity, Honda decided to nix the folding roof altogether and instead, replaced it with an aluminum hard top. The former home of the soft top gets remodeled with plenty of bracing to increase the S2K's chassis rigidity.
Sales of the S2000 CR will begin this fall and no production numbers were mentioned.

SICKKKKK.... I've been wanting to get an S2k for awhile... But slow as **** though... I test drove it, It had no power whatsoever compare to my Evo....... Sloww But I do like the fact that it can handle really really nice.. I think it's better than an evo...(imo). But on the acceleration wise, You need to work on that.. prob turbo it or something...then it will shine

Found it out in a drag race or street race? Or found it out on a track?
I have/had an S2000, if you had one catch up to you in a straight line without having both just come out of a corner, your C5 had problems. Either that, or the S2000 owner lied when they said it was "stock."

mag numbers do not always portray a cars abilities correctly, Ive found that seat time gives the best impressions
