there is no intercooler. the theory is since the IC pipe is so long the air should cool by the time it gets to the TB.

What kind of wideband do you use? It should not takes 2 seconds for you to get a reading...

Its nice and all but for the price the company who made it should hire better welders because thouses welds look like crap.
