Evo ripoff

I just took a look at this when I was checking out the Evo X article on the same site. The styling (wing, Brembo brakes, rear diffuser and seats) here just screams Evo to me. That being said, the engine is impressive and it is a pretty cool car. Honda sure can make a four banger scream.

type R's have always had the seats that look like that (in japan) and the wing also. The only thing thats new is the face thats its a 4 door and still a long way from being an evo

+1 couldnt have said better myself ... weight 2,800 as a four door =) still with interior...

222hp out of a 2.0 NA four cyc.. that's awesome! 111hp per liter

damn......i can just imagine a k20 like that in a EG/EK hatchback. 222hp up top in a 2400lb shell kicks pretty good a$$.

hell ya i got a friend here that has a cx EG hatch ... and it weights 2000 wet without him... and it has a k20 .. that HAD a comptech SC on it for awhile...thing was FAST

It probably won't happen. As usual we will always get the second best (Si).
But it would sell and I think it will do well especially now that there is no Type-R in
Honda- USA's lineup and it hasn't been in 6 yrs.

it does look better than previous civics, but for the money i'd rather buy a 06ecllipse GT and smoke it ;-)
