335xi
They arev not really 48k. The sedan XI which is right now the only available AWD on the 335i model should be about $1800 more expensive than the regular sedan 335i which the price starts at $38900.
I want to bet that it goes up to $48 due to some options. Lets not inflate the numbers so fast.

Any ideas on the weight of the BMW 335XI, just wondering if the added weight is worth it. The RWD models actually when driven correctly launch pretty well. A lot of them have ben able to do 60 foot times under 2.0, which is pretty good in my opinion for a non-AWD vehicle on street tires.
Everyone on the forum is guessing somewhere around 200lbs. I almost switched from the RWD to the AWD but the AWD wasn't available on coupe bodystyle and after all the RWD even without a rear LSD was still doing sub 5 sec 0-60 which is amaizing for a RWD without LSD.

exh. parts
big brake kits (still covered by cbs, condition based service)
flashes (they get written into the VO (vehicle order) so they are there for good
other misc. engine pieces...
all warrantied by BMW and all istalled by BMW, like i said above the dealers are LOOKING for procedes, my dealer has had 2 n54 engine failures, dont know if was from a procede user who pulled it out before they came in or not but you dont want an e90 out of warranty!!!
^^ Thanks for the info. I have my reservations about the cams because the N54 engine already uses Bi-Vanos so I want to see how they can manage to squeeze more power from the cams alone.
As per the exhaust, well... the numbers speak for itself, a Evo has a single cat while the 335i has 4 cats, 2 pre-silencers and 2 full size muflers but I am not sure if BMW would actually remove the rear cats, if so they must be expensive.
The big brakes, we would have to step back and see how much BMW wants to charge for that option. As per the flashes, we would have to wait and see how much power they are yielding and off course how much money they cost.
There are people out there that overflows with money and they wouldn't mind paying the BMW options but for the more humble people like me I think those options will be out of my budget.
If needed, I would sell my Procede but for now I would like to see dyno numbers, prices and other people using such parts.
Again, thanks for the info, very interesting indeed.
