All I can say is that, if Mitsubishi F***ed up the Evo X meaning. The car doesn't take modds very well. The performance sucks....etc. I believe that they will be out of the market in US. Not only because Hyundai but also GMC, Lexus, Kia will be coming out with a very nice sports car, Nissan, Toyota, Volvo, Subaru. There are a ton of companies that are out there that has a nice product if not better and cheaper. Mitsu should be on their knees right about know hopping that their cars will take modds, if not bye bye.
I'd say it'll be 3450lbs+. Being RWD and at the price point they will won't to hit - I doubt they'll spend much on weight savings.
But hey, if the X cost $34-35k, this car might be a good alternative at $26-27k. The new Mustang and Camaro will also be $26-27k with 350+hp. Lotta options coming soon.
