half these posts make me embarrassed to be a member. A 500whp anything is ***king sick. When it's a turbo four cylinder on pump gas, even better. Why do so many evo owners think they drive Ferraris?

 

fact is 500 hp is an impressive # for a 4cyl on pump gas. the only down side is that its is a neon, srt-4 or not still a neon. I have seen many neon owners think that they can dust anyone anytime and act like total *** bags. They take my refusal and others as a sign that we are afarid of the might neon when in fact we know that they are NOT a serious challenge..
Yes you will have insane top end on a freeway but as with all fwd's anthing much over 300 is a waste on the street..

 

Hence why I said "I think...". Anyways, I'm fairly sure their road race evo is making a lot of power thus negating the idea that there are no high HP racing evos.

the fact is that this guy used his first post on evom to brag about his car. his car has 500whp, which is cool. my evo doesnt have 500whp. the fact is though is that this car and its owners are generally not well liked because of douchebaggery that they may/may not engage it a lot. i have experienced it myself, and when compared to the number of times this has happened with SRT's as opposed to other cars, its astonishing.

regardless, the fact is this guy came on here talking/bragging about this car. flaming would happen on any forum. if i went to the SRT forums and created an account simply to brag about my 500whp evo, id expect the same.

Bad grammar, bad spelling, and poor punctuation..... it's doesn't, not doesnt All kidding aside though, I do know what you mean. I have read so many negative post on their forums about our cars and others. I guess I just look at it like I look at most things, there will always be a bad apple or two in the bunch. He still has some pretty good numbers though..........for a Neon
