1999 Nissan Altima suspension question...gurus help :)
So my girlfriend just bought a 99 Altima and upon test driving I noticed the rear struts were blown, I could even hear them bottoming out. I replaced them and that sound went away when driving straight...however now when making left or right turns it's making that sound like the struts are blown, it's that same thud sound like it's bottoming out. It does it while turning and not while driving straight. I could tell when I removed the rear struts they were blown as they wouldn't rebound and I checked the new ones, of course they're perfectly good. Can anyone help lead me in a direction of what the issue is?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Strut mounts/insulators are probably shot. I had the same problem in my Altima...annoying isnt it? I would take a look at them to make sure that is the problem, but I would be willing to bet this is the issue for sure.
Let me know!
