intro thread for me/my car

I always loved the 900 turbos. There are so many peculiar things about that car that many people are unaware. Starting the car is just a joke, you have to put the car in reverse and twist the hidden key on thecenter console between the front seats (my friend had his car attempted stolen but they never could).

Then the funny clutch location, right behind the radioator . and what about the belts, they are in the back of the engine between the engine block anf the firewall.. Then the hood which it actually slides out then swings up.. so funny , then the fuse box is outside the engine compartment in the corner by the firewall

Despite all that I love this car and is one of my favorites of all the times, I think is one of the coolest cars in the market.

Welcome to the forum..

Carlos

Welcome to the show. There is something about the Saab 900's shape that appeals to me. I guess because it is slightly odd looking might be the reason. Good luck with your build. I would love to some pictures of the engine bay.

Good Old Saabs. Nothing is in it's usual place, but everything works! Great Cars. The convertibles are the ones to stay away from. That should be a fun one to work on.
