I love the CTS' style. Awful interior that needs to go up a few points. I really can't wait for the proposed CTS-X which will be packing the Corvette's LS1...sexy.

I think its actually the V (not X). Saw it on an infomercial today (GM one). 400+ HP and 0-60 in 4.6 seconds.

This is in fact the CTS-V

In Cadillac's move to capture a younger crowd the are implimenting the all new V series of thier lineup, this is in fact the CTSV and it is a 6speed manual with the 2003 Corvette engine in it! this is a great move for them but still a little too spendy for what you get. twice as much as a Evolution and no all wheel drive. But still sweet.

That actually seems to make a bit more sense granted they're not making it AWD. Either way, that would definitely be a sport sedan on my list.

Can you imagine the dealer markups on that high performance Caddy? Esp if it is featured in the next Matrix movie or something? The Dealers will totally throw on the "This is the new hotness" markup on that beeeeyyyoottcchhh!!!

Two things on the CTS its not a vette motor its a ZO6 motor and it looks like they will be asking about 50 g's for the car.

Oh yeah it also bested the M3 and M5 by several seconds around the test track at Nurburging

I think most people classify the Z06 motor as a Corvette motor, since that's what it is, just in a modified state.

The better comparison is M5 size and performance at an M3 price. Cadillac doesn't care about a bunch of hooligans in a souped up econobox

All the previews I've seen indicate it performs and handles very well - remarkable for a Caddy - and the LS1 is a great motor...
