But... If you can afford the insurance, get a used evo (used meaning not destroyed though)

Wait for the Ralliart, I am not a big fan of Mazdas bubbly/cartoonish styling although it is a good performer.

MS3 hands down. The ralliart and WRX are great cars but I suspect that the MS3 will be faster than both and cost less.

much faster...has more hp and torque and is lighter. If traction were not a problem it would directly compete with the EVO and STi performance..power wise

For speed defiantly go with the MS3, I also looked at both before buying me car, but I wanted the looks, comfortability, and technology in the lancer. So I bought the lancer, with turbo'ing it in mind.

Starting a turboed car is so much easier though and IMO a way better idea if you just want a fast car. No point in spending 16000$ on a car only to dump another 6000$ in to make it the car you actually want.

Good point. That is one of the reasons why I didn't buy another Lancer.

Many reviewers have given the ms3 the thumbs up over the wrx when compared side by side. A simple Google search can proof it.

Tis true but there's somethings that some people might like about the WRX over the MS3. AWD is a huge plus if you live in snowy areas and the availability of mods is nice. The major weak points for the WRX are the stock tune is crap and the stock tires are even crappier. A simple reflash and some good quality tires turns the car from a decent all-around perfomer to a real competitor.

not even comparable to each other...ms3 hands down. and to the person who said about the bypass valve closing that is completely false. you must be thinking about the throttle plate. cobb will solve that....

u already know which one is the better car

I actually chose the GTS over the MS3 back in August. The reason why i picked the GTS was well, how it looks. And the insurance is lower. I dont know how u got that quote but anyway, as much as i love how the MS3 performs, i just think theres too many mazda's rolling around everywhere these days... can't really distinguish between the ussual 5 door to the MS3...

if i were u, id wait for the ralliart (well, i guess my last sentence above will apply here too, lol. But still, its a hatch :] thats just me though - bias)
