2005 Gto

i'm the new guy!
i've been looking real hard at trading in the goat for a 2008 Lancer Evolution.
i can't get what i want for trade-in but the GTO is not a bad car to be stuck with
here's a few pictures

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Keep the dog, ditch the car
Ya, its 6.0. Ya, 400 bhp. Ya, it's Australian. Ya, it's really heavy. But if you are going to an X - thats heavy too.
The GTO was one of the cars I tested before buying my Evo. It just didn't have that raw feel (accel, braking, handling). Felt like I was riding a sedated goat.
I have not driven the X (only the Lancer GTS and DE). I don't know if its like the 8/9 in terms of feel. But my guess is no. But go test drive one - after all, its your money.

Unless you have the 6.0 I wouldn't even bother with the 5.7l. The 5.7l is clearly an underachiever. Keep that dog though!!
