LIEVO's built turbo Civic
This is my 2000 Civic EX with 18,000 miles on the chassis.
Bottom end:
DART B18 Block
84mm Endyn roller wave pistons with heat coating
Crower billet rods
Eagle crank
Calco heat coated bearings
Endyn modified Type R oil pump
Moroso 5qt steel oil pan with moroso pickup
ARP rod bolts and head studs
JUN lightweight flywheel
ACT sprung 6puck clutch with heavy duty pressure plate
Mezier electric water pump
Top end:
GSR head
Cometic heavy duty head gasket
Hammer tone powder coated valve cover
OEM GSR cams with skunk2 cam gears
Precision kevlar timing belt
JG Edelbrock Intake Manifold finished Hammer tone powder coat
BBK 70mm throttle body
Turbo setup:
Turbonetics MBC
MP racing tubular exhaust manifold w/Alumicoat finish
Garret GT35R w/ported compressor housing
cooled by oil and antifreeze
Greddy intercooler with chrome piping
Blitz blowoff valve
Hks external wastegate
Transmission:
OEM GSR with a Quaife differential
DSS Stage 5 axles and hubs (lifetime warranty)
Engine management:
Accel DFI
Street Tuned on 93 octane by Job Jr at Turbopeople in Hastings NY
Exhaust:
Custom 3in downpipe
3in stainless steel Thermal turbo exhaust system
Fuel System:
Aeromotive 1000hp external fuel pump with Moroso sump in gas tank
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure regulator
Aeromotive stainless braided lines throughout the car
RC 720 cc injectors
Inline pro fuel rail
Suspension and wheels:
Integra type R 5 lug conversion
Tanabe sustec pro adjustable coilovers
Skunk2 adjustable Upper control arms
Z10 traction bars
Dc sport chrome polished fr/rr strut bars
DC sport rear lower tie bar anodized red
BFG goodrich drag radials on the front 225 50 15
BFG g force on the rear 205 50 15
Exterior:
Original Taffeta white paint still shines new
Mugen front lip painted to match
VIS carbon hood
VIS trunk
