eclipse!!!!
i have a 1991 eclipse 1.8l sohc automatic i want to know what is entailed to put a gst motor swap and where can i find more information and a engine kit to do it.

search there and look into the vendors that do alot of dsm work.
Mach V buschur etc.....
and this has been discussed to death on other boards... sell the car get a turbo car and dont do the swap unless you are doing for fun, have lots of cash, or can source the parts dirt cheap.
Youre talking about; tranny, exhaust, ecu changes, motor, fuel system upgrades and then your still looking at a pretty much stock dsm 2.0 turbo motor.
unlesss you found a fully built 2.0 car that only has damage in the rear and you can pull the parts that you need.

im not lookin for a new car i want my car bc i have $$$ invested in bodywork and other stuff if anyone knows where i can find a swap plesae let me know ieven if it will cost as much as a car i know what mine already has

7K?!? Daaaaaaaaaaaamn that better be one modded to hell 1G! Oh, and yes, it's better just to buy a turbo 1G from the get go, it'll save you money in the long run, and they're relatively inexpensive anyway.
