you are right pal215. 2 very different cars. m3 is more refined when it comes to handling, full of comfort features(good for the baby),well mannered, torque consistent throughout the range.
With the set up i had with the evo, crazy torque when turbo kicked in, go kart handling which is very involving(i like), better stock brakes,don't care if warranty gets voided, unforgiving ride which is why i traded it in because i feel sorry for the baby.

Regardless of what you get, you will always miss the Evo 8/9. ...
The Evo 8/9 is all about driving a street legal rally car NOTHING else, and that is the reason why they are so special.... you will regret it.

PS: Enjoy the E92 M3, it is propably the last great M3 (NA engine).
