I just saw an rx8 in the mall and it kind of caught my eye. Obviously it doesn't look as good as the rx-7. But just enlighten me on what you think about the looks on the rx-8.

Hot, but I don't like the lines. Reminds me of the Evo VII to VIII transformation. The new car looks good, but it doesn't have the same feel as the old one.

 

Absolutely horrible....

 

looks better in person then it does in pictures... way to soft & peaky (reminds me a lot of an S2000 coupe) but that transmission is wonderful.... roomier then I expected, especially the back seat. It isn't a texas sized SUV, but you could haul around 4 people pretty easily. Nice interior, though the visibility isn't as good as I would like.

All the positives aside, it still isn't a good replacement/complement to the fd. The fd was such a special car that it would have been hard to follow up.... maybe the next rx7 can do it, I dunno.

Yes but on a positive note for the company they were supposedly giving full refunds for the 5% less power. I'm not putting down the lancer or the evo but i doubt mitsu would refund anything.

Needs sequential turbos like the FD. I think it looks okay and a bit modern as well. But it is definitely not the super sports car that some of the owners think it is.

 

i dno .my friend has one. red exterior. with red/black interior. its coo i guess. it grows on u. jus needs to maybe change the tails. n add a mid spoiler. n drop it..

 

I think the styling is ok. But I really like the interior alot.

 

the stock ones are ok. i've seen some pics of kitted ones in japan that are F'n HOTNESS!

 

i said "hot". and they look better in person
