Subaru STI Special Edition Track Test

I've always liked the STi spec-wise, but I've never had an interest in hatchbacks and haven't been crazy about Subies styling as of late.
If I was still in the market, I'd definitely consider the special edition, as well as the regular STi.. but probably wouldn't get past the looks and pick the Evo again.
ETA: As always, thanks for the vid Hassan!

Definitely not... the handling sounds slightly upgraded... so I'm sure it still understeers like it's brothers. Even if the handling is on par with the evo, I'd still be much happier with the inline 4 cyl, fmic, better turbo, better transmission (SST), better looks. The STi just doesn't do it for me. Now what if an Evo didn't exist? I MIGHT entertain the idea of an STi, but I think I'd bump up to a m3 or GT-R with my next purchase.

Curious to know as well, did you have that many issues with yours? Considering the price point and availability (at least in this area) this car seems like a very viable substitute for the EVO. I mean, at least the Subaru dealership here actually sells the STi, the one Mitsubishi dealership in town refuses to sell EVOs.
