There's a whole site dedicated to the Turbocharged "Sleeper" Caravan.. In fact I know of one that routinely runs 12's in the quarter.. Can't remember the site name, but if you look in Google for Turbo'd Caravans you should find it. It was that site that turned me onto www.dawesdevices.com for the A/F indicator that I use..

The pioneer of tuning those turbo minivans was a man by the name of Gus Mahon....one of the best, nicest, most wonderful people to ever grace any hobby, unfortunately he was taken from us in a motorcycle accident. He also had a car he named "slug" you guys can look it up on the internet....he used to race it at englishtown all the time...those turbo dodges are the KINGS of 12s and 11s for under $1000...I wish Gus was still around to see this...he would love this forum

AND Gus used to do it with a STOCK block....STOCK engine....STOCK turbo...yep thats right ladies...and fish valves for bleleds, lotsa gas and a big ol intercooler...Those Turbo dodges are the best cars for cheap speed....go grab an old Omni GLH...put a junkyard intercooler on it....crush the fuel regulator ( im not kidding) bleed the boost with a fish valve ( 5 bucks) and you will have a low 13 high 12second car....

Instead of beating the **** out of your beand new evo on the track...you can make your evo real fast...never disturb it with race fuel....go get yourself a junkard 2.2 or 2.5 turbo dodge car...yes go and get the one with 160k miles on it...dont worry it will run like a raped ape once u mod it...and it wont blow if your egt gauge stays happy.....those are incredible little machines...actually the best motors are the 2.5 turbo 1 cars....thats whats known as a "common block" almost indestructible...put an intercooler on it...try to find an early 2.2 turbo 2 intake....all junkayard pieces no one wants....u can screw together an 11 second car for 2 grand....
