Will Nissan bring over a turbo 350Z?
Hey speaking of toyota. Check out the new lotus elise coming this spring. 0-60 in 4.6 and the quarter mile in 12.0 Sounds scary. There using the celica gts engine. Also lexus should unvail there new IS430 with a V-8 this spring.
the 280 limit in japan, is only a 'gentlemens agreement' to keep out horepower competition wars. Many car sin japan [ skyline, evo VII RS, and supra ] all produce over 280hp, but still claim only 280hp. so nissian could make a turbo Z, it would be well over the 280hp agreement , but they would still rate it @ 280 even tohu its over, so that isnt really stopping them any.

I had a 1995 Supra TT and it didnt make that much power. If they make a 350z TT it will make well over 340 HP, and I just dont think they would rate that at 280

246 whp done on the mustang dyno(what would that be at the crank, not 320?), i will try to find the dynosheet. Then after changing to big single turbo(and some minor modifications) 441whp

skylnies generally put down about 320hp to EACH wheel, stock. and supras [as in import tuner just did] put out around 290hp to the wheels, try resetting the ECu. They said, if a supra stock has EVER gotten a lot of knock from bad gas it lowers boost levels, and stays in a 'safe mode' if you reset that, should go back to stock settings, was done and gained i beleive [dont have issue near me ATM] around 20-30whp. I beleive Mustang dynos also tend to rate lower than you really have.
