Nice looking ride. A co-worker had one almost like that one. It was very quick for an SUV and rode nice. That said, it was in the shop all the time... for stupid little things.

Strange noises in the engine.. pulleys, tension idlers, alt, ps noise, little electrical gremlins inside, squeaks, some random plastic breaking..knobs and such. He was not hard on the SUV either.

That said my BMW X5 4.8is is NO better... I have replaced crap that I should not have to touch till 100K. major suspension issues, window regulators, brakes, lines, etc. Had to buy a GT1 just to work on the damn thing.

I think they (the dealers) who sell big dollar SUV's know that you will be back and keep paying. They do ride, drive and move out well...but a cost. So keep you wallet ready.

I don't think so. An ABS light, MIL, other silly lights and some rattles. Heck you paid a hefty penny for it, it should NOT give you any frustrations. His was an 08 or 09, they may have fixed the issues within a few yrs. I was able to see the pics.

Lame.

Rover's are awful to maintain. Anytime something goes wrong, there goes 2k.

Go talk to someone that sells a lot of upscale cars about a rover, they're awful.

Sorry.

Just gave in a 2009 RR sport supercharged. compared with the Cayenne I just replaced it with, yes, the exhaust growl was great. The porsche sounds like a golf cart in comparison. And it just looked tougher. though i was ready to move onto something more civilized for a DD.

as far as reliability, yes its common knowledge RR arent exactly toyotas, but i didnt encounter a single issue in the two years i have had it. None!

You replace your rr with a cayenne? :'( its so ugly!! Lol but every body has there reasons. With the reliability I know with te 08 and 09s they were common problem Childs. There is 1 2010 for sale in the country (used). So I'm thinking that they might have fixed some issues xD
