I like it too.

I think the new Z-06 (if they have it) will violate many cars...esp the SRT-10

Yeah, the new Vette is much more appealing to the eye IMO. Plus with 400hp on the base model, in 2006 when Chevy releases the ZO6, it will be a Viper killer!!!

Yeah it looks sweet and the new ls2 sounds like a mean motor. Rumors are that the zo6 will be TT but fat chance of that, GM would never do something that smart.

actually i heard there are 3 trim levels, the standard at 400 hp, the z06 at 450 or something like that and some crazy version that is turbo charged (maybe TT) at like 600.

I'm not sure where you guys are hearing the TT rumor from, but don't believe it. Look for 500HP/500+ lb-ft out of the same 6.0L block, but possibly a camless solution. GM has been working on that motor for a while, but I'm not sure they've resolved the 2 main issues.

The TT solution will remain aftermarket from the laters of Callaway and Lingenfelter.

Also, the performance package is Z06 (zee zero six), not ZO6.

yep...got that on my desktop now. They completely re-did all the suspension and brakes too from scratch. I'm not an American car guy either (even though I have an SRT) but I've always wanted a Viper or a Z06 Vette.

Basically, once I'm no longer upside down in my SRT I plan on getting an EVO....but if I can afford that Vette then it's a done deal. I hear you can order them stripped down without all the power **** for $35k. I'd prefer it that way even if $$$$ was no object cuz it's lighter and less to **** up.

If its turbo charged it would have to be TT... so the maybe would be a must.
just thought I'd point that out =)
