ka24 turbo S13 AEM EMS

This is my RWD toy, nothing crazy just built for the response and a fat torque curve.

Custom Full Race manifold
T25 Garrett (nismo r32 gtr replacement) turbo
AEM E-Tune
V mount IC/rad
91 octane + e85 (full flex fuel with VE flex fuel sensor kit)
ID1050x injectors ka24 with 11mm tops
inline AEM fuel pump
VE wideband knock kit (with Coax shielded harness)
Buddy club race spec coils for the street
Custom JIC coil overs for track duty

Here is the graph of the bone stock ka24 (boosted at 90K miles and used for another 20K)

Here are some updated results after the fresh engine with ported head, injector dynamic 1050x and some e tuning at low boost.

Big thanks to Brewedmotorsports.com, Harold (RIP) and Alex for the assistance with the engine build.

more boost coming shortly, looking to pass the 400 torque mark on pump gas... we shall see if this little turbo can take it!

Was actually under the impression this was a gt28 as well my friend however after checking the Garrett part # as well as both wheels inducer/exducer it is indeed a 270 deg water cooled non bb t25. This was a bit disappointing to say the least but I do have a s15 gt28 laying around, would only have to change the 5 bolt dp flange....

Also an S13 is not 2960lbs, its way less. Im not trying to bash but Ive been around the 240 game for a while and a T25 will not push that much power on 91oct.

Tossed the hatch on the scales at a metal scrapper, gas, passenger car = not as light as one may think not nearly as bad as my 3500+ pound galant VR4 though!

Picked up an extra cylinder head and engine harness last week. She will now have a spare built head, Tomei mls and AEM Infinity 8h ems.

Can't wait to get to some more skid racing out there in AZ

Thought i already posted this but the car also has a "rally style" anti lab system now. (VERY similar design to the mitsubishi rally ALS)
