Tim Allen's COPO Camaro

I'm probably showing my age, but when I saw the black '67 Camaro in the movie Better Off Dead, I was in love. A friend's dad had a full restored '68 that looked like it just rolled off the line. Another friend's dad had a fire-engine red '69. Funny how they got sold right about the time we turned 16.

Tim Allen has a beautiful '68 done up similar to a COPO back in the "secret order form" days at GM. The car was featured on Jay Leno's garage recently.

Tim Allen and Camaro.... that just doesn't seem right being a true blue Ford fan.

My dad and I are rebuilding a 69 z28, originally a DZ302 car. Original owner blew up the 302 and dropped a 350 out of a 69 rs/ss in it. Has the original M21 4 speed in it. It'll be a blast if we can ever get it painted and put back together.
