Maybe in a couple years the used prices will be better. Awesome 4 door trackable DD option.

the Ford RS - Audi RS3 - R32 - STI etc is the alternative for street for me, i cant see this in the line. For rally there is Dytko Mirage or if you go big then the R5.

A well taken care of used Evo is the Evo for the future. Plus, first gen Evos will start becoming US legal in 2017, and each year after that more and more will flood in.

So unless we get some new homologation cars with the WRC rules changes in 2017, your best bet is to find a good condition Evo and take care of it.

why are people aways trying to label cars as "the next evo, supra, gtr, etc"? its just another car... it may have something similar to a different car...

that being said, a 60k cadi with a v6 the next evo? really? sorry for being an ***, but come on...

^^ yes.

There is no replacement ATM, honestly. I'm selling my IX RS for.... a IX GSR with less miles. Simple as that. My GF has a X, which would be my only other option. But for someone who wants a drivers car (year-round in Chicago)... and for that car to have nearly limitless potential...Evo seems to be the only way.

There are some upcoming cars that would be a nice alternative but this cadilac is not one of them lol. Its gonna cost way more then the evo...for that money i would just pick up something else.

Well I would get an STi if I wanted to build the motor if I desired >330whp. Not hating, but those motors are basically only good stock.

haha... hence the technically...

really they're only good with a decent tune... factory tune sucks *****, dies after 5k (my sister has an sti)

and for the record, that was a response to the year round drivers car part, not evo replacement part.
