Enzo and 993 Pics

Just a couple of pics in relation to a post on the Evo Wheel & Suspension boards. Much ado about nothing really, but a point has to be proven.

Pics from back home of my father when I managed to get time off in the summer to visit with him. The Enzo and Murcielago belongs to my dads good friend in the Porsche Club. They both own very nice Porsches as well of which I hope to someday be successful enough to do the same. Hard work and delayed gratification pays off.

*Also I will be posting some pics of a JGTC event in the near future, hopefully when I have access to my webserver again.

Hope you like them.

Have a great day!

Those pics were taken in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prices on vehicles there are super inflated. A typical Porsche 911 (993) would run about $650,000 in Malaysian currency. That translates into about $92,105.00 in US dollars. They have a tax rate/duty that is incredibly high, although it should be dropping significantly over the next 2 years. I think right now it is still over 200%.

Yeah, the PT Cruiser doesn't belong there but it's more of a novelty over there since it is a very uncommon vehicle. I have more pictures to post of some very interesting cars including the JGTC cars at a race I attended there but my webserver is still down atm.

Have a great day.

So, if a Porsche cost that much, how much does an Enzo cost?

that looks like the driveway of a lot of places out here in Newport Beach, CA. I've seen 2 Enzos and a handful of Lambo Murcielagos rolling the streets in the past few mos.
