It's cool but at the end of the day its just a challenger. Not to mention you can;t use that kind of power on the street. The hellcat is better for street use but even that's a stretch. But I tip my hat to Dodge for making the only legit muscle car now.

although he kinda has a point... I mean this car is over 4200lb, but hey, lets remove the seat and save 60lb...

although the Z28's 1 speaker thing was even more rediculous

 

60lbs is 60lbs though. That's like a fraction of a tenth lol.

Regardless, that thing MOVES for a two ton car. Imagine of you could pull a few hundred pounds out of that thing.

 

Saw this thing yesterday at New York International Auto Show. The engine is pretty sick, but the rest of the car does just look like any other challenger just with big rear tires and skinnies up front

I'm gonna love seeing these on the road too. the 3rd party insurance seemed to half indicate the insurance wouldn't be crazy, as the people who buy these are most likely going to be collectors or whatever. guess they haven't seen what's going on at cars and coffees lately, these guys love to try to show off

This. Dodge is really the only make that's saying "**** it". I like that ****. That's really the entire purpose of this car. Just a giant middle finger to other makes, like catch us if you can.

 

I see it more as "we can't compete on a road course with our 4500lb SUV of a sports car so we'll give it a sh*t ton of power and make it the fastest in a straight line"

that said, its still pretty cool
