There were rumors that this was but it was not to be. There is the separate Trackhawk project Jeep though if you want AWD.
In general, I love to see cars where the manufacturers say F-it, let's do it. I do wonder if this spiralling one upsmanship is a indicator of the end of some sorts.

Dodge has partnered with a third party insurer to provide insurance on the cars. They did not mention how high the premiums would be though.
It won't be Chevy or Ford answering. It will be Tesla. Elon Musk said the new Roadster they are developing will be the fastest Tesla ever produced.
