they could have raffle it out among those who seriously race Mitsubishi.
Someone could have race it in closed course.... Like track or hill climb etc... stupid Mitsubishi, 0 sense in marketing.
Before anyone say i was thinking about myself, rally needs a vin number , because the cars needs to be road legal. lol
