Trafic cases
Trafic cases
Hey guys, the police took my driving license. That's a real bummer. Does lawyer help me out with this situation? Do you know any good ones that specialize in traffic cases? It might be worth looking into to see if they can help me to get car driving license back.
What did they take it away for it depends? In Canada we have basically no rights and when I got into trouble for wreckless driving violations my lawyer even told me that when it comes to the highway traffic act there was very little options as far as a defense strategy. The officers words are taken like the gospel and could never be questioned as a lie. The courts can virtually do whatever they want and you are at their mercy. A lawyer may help depending on the situation but for the most part will be a money grab. If its something small/procedural like a 30 day suspension don't even bother.
Hey dude, sorry to hear about the license situation. A lawyer who specializes in traffic cases might be able to help you out with this.Criminal Appeal Lawyers can review the circumstances of your license being taken and determine if there are any legal options available to get it back. Some traffic lawyers have experience dealing with license suspension and revocation cases, so it's definitely worth looking into. As for recommendations, it's always a good idea to do your research and find a lawyer with a good track record in traffic cases. You can ask for referrals from friends or family members who have had similar issues or check out online reviews to find a reputable lawyer in your area.
Good luck, man!

To get your license pulled in Canada, you need to do something REALLY stupid (like going 50+ km/h over the limit) or multiple infractions of lesser stupidity that show a pattern of bad behavior. There is some negotiation on punishment to be made if you can prove that you have exceptional circumstances that require you to have a car (like taking care of a sick relative), or having a lawyer prove that your driving history isn't as bad as it seems and you've learned your lesson. If you still have a serious infraction before the courts, a traffic representative like Pointts might be able to get your license preserved by having the infraction knocked down to a lower offense, or negotiating a stipulation to be able to drive to work only. But other than that, you're walking.
