Certainly not the fastest FWD, but I absolutely love the neon SRT-4.. It was the car I wanted before the Evo became available in the states..
This one is nice.. all of the parts are functional, and the appearance addons are function before style.. Its not subtle, but its not tacky at all..
I'd really like to see a RWD version of the SRT-4 in competition with a real hardcore version of that 2.4 motor..

dam, it may be fast but it is still ugly as hell. The need update the body style and front/back lights. The car looks very old-ish looking, like all the jaguar vehicels.
i bet one turn at 20mph will have the car flip over like 17x... lol

I will say this... what's up with the vents? If it's for heat, fine. I can see wanting heat, and a heater core isn't going to hurt anything. I'd hope there isn't an A/C in there just adding dead weight and engine inefficiency.
Also surprised at the 225-width. I would've figured another 10-20mm wider. Man that thing must squeal like a pig with them 225's on.
Overall, its not bad. They're getting somewhere with that thing.

I don't like the shaved door handles on this one. I really like these cars, went to the dealership to check it out too and there are only 3 things I didn't like:
- shifter too naked (no boot)
- no rear power windows
- wish it was rwd or awd
I like the fact it's a Neon because people get even more upset when they get beat by one but also I like it's styling. It doesn't look bad at all. Interior is not very functional but it's likable and stock sound system although cheaper looking is better sounding than in my late 03 Accord V6-6MT. I also like the seats in the SRT-4.
