Those are just the regular Lancers, just a type of trim. Much like an ES, Ralliart, etc. You should be able to get one for about USD $4-5K , in the philippines. I was thinking about doing that when I was in Cebu, but no place to garage it. You can probably buy parts for it to make it an "Evo" but you won't have the chassis materials to make it as strong as an Evo, but you should be able to turbo that sucker without major problems... and cheaper too!

If you're going to be there for awhile... start building an Evo IV or an Evo V replica with that GSR.... those are the best looking ones ever!

thanks for the info rsboy, do you know anything else about them like HP or 1/4 times ,because i was choosing between a 2 door lancer gsr and a 93-94 civic hatchback with a b16A2 in it, for a project car, what do you think

I'm not really sure about the specs of the GSR. If you are in Manila, maybe hit up some of the tuner shops or go to Libis and ask around. One thing about building up an "evo" is that you can get the AWD trans and potentially more power than the Honda... But I'm sure the Honda will be cheaper. but why be like everyone else.

I've heard of the 4 doors GSR as they are 1.8 turbocharged with 200 hp and it's AWD. However, I have never seen on in coupe (2-dr) form.

Here's a link to a Lancer 2dr GSR info.

It's got the specs on the last page. I guess you might be able to drop an Evo engine and trans into, but I'm not sure. Better start looking around for some tuners and make some friends.
