weird how this car is cleaner than most evo 9's with a clean title but is almost 10k less because of that..such a nice ix. will sell fast.

Rebuilt title, and has been sitting for years. Hence the 10K less price, which is still high for a rebuilt title but still looks pretty clean. Curious as to the reason behind the R-Title.

Same question as above: this is why I keep walking away from this listing. Without more information (crystal clear information) on the rebuilt status I can't consider this car.

But it has a rebuilt title due to Theft while my friend owned the car. He was the 1st owner. After that incident he just had it sitting for a long time until I finally convinced him to sell me the car. Basically what was taken were the wheels, front bumper,headlights and the left fender was damaged.
When stolen they took it down the street and left it there so they didn’t get far. Ignition was damaged but all locks including trunk were all replaced with new ignition so it all works with one key.
After he sold me the car I took it directly to a bodyshop to get everything repaired.
I just bought a house so my priorities changed a bit so I decided to sell it.
Willing to negotiate within reason. Just would like to see it go to someone who will take care of it.

would like documentation on the car made available. Carfax and other databases do not show a theft but do show an accident.
