i would like to give people my experience of being scammed on evom.net

i bought a set of cam, gsc 280s from a guy "onrails" for 300 dollars, he never sent it, wouldnt refund my money, and wouldnt reply to any pms after i sent him the money... he did it to 3 other people at the same time, for a downpipe and some other things

 

Does this look to be a scam?

Evo 9, 5spd with SE Interior ( I know cool)

16k Miles, Totally STOCK. Asking price $$19k

Seller took it to be Inspected Scanned the form passed everything needed some new bulbs and had small oil leak and mechanic recommendations were for a "Valve over Gasket change."

I found the car on Ebay with the intent to buy with the price came out with a clear Carfax only a minor accident probably fendor bender Clear title. No body damage guy bought car from a dealer previous after the accident and had no previous knowledge.

But odd thing is today I go on craigslist the car is posted in Orlando FL, all the pics and info except contact numbers. And funny thing is the car is located in Arkansas, why post in a fl section? Because I'm interested and it was posted for 18k?

Seems very Legit. Told me how to do it at the bank hes giving me all of his info SS number routing bank account number home address everything. But what if he takes my 19k and I never hear from him again? And whats the deal with the 18k post on craigs list in fl section if he lives in AK? Doesn't add up...

I can not believe this. I got scammed again. This time for an upper intercooler pipe.

 

seller was S14er
selling -ETS polished uicp flanged for tial bov. compatible with stock battery. used for about 2 months. $180.00 price drop!!

I got an ebay upper half with the stock lower half. This is the second time I have gotten scammed. I just finished the dispute with paypal. Hopefully this time I get a refund.

 

Now filing a dispute with my bank.

I feel bad for the guy that bought the tial from him because it is most likely fake.

 

Jusr spoke to Mike @ ETS. He confirmed that the pipe is not one of theirs, and that they never produced a pipe like that.

ok....since I was banned for a week I will clear this up now. S14er did contact me. We resolved the issue. He gave me a refund and I shipped the pipes back to him.

ok...where do i start here......
ive been really patient with this guy.... we did a turbo trade, hes 60-1 turbonetics kit for my fp green kit....biggest ***in mistake i have ever done.... he said the turbo was a ball bearing and that it would make over 500whp on stock block bla blah blah...and the deal was that he was gona give me 200$ on top of the trade...he has promessed since about 2 months ago to send the money and nothing...yes i received hes turbo which the tracking number sucked.....i did not know if he had sent the turbo but at last i got it 2 weeks later...so as soon as i got it took off my fp green,mani,02 etc i shipped it out asap...i had told him from the beggining that i didnt want him to send the money threw pay pal and he agreed...i told him to send it threw money order, western union or check...he said that he sent 2 checks than i told him i never received them, so supposibly he cancelled them....

than he said that he was going to western union and never did...than said he was gona do a money order and i never received it.....aint that funny...thats 3 different things that supposibly he sent but i never got

im always checking my pms to see if he replies.....and i mean ive been nice, i havent posted bad feedback or anything...and ive told him that this was bullcrap...
