Beware of seller name Kidnice's. He sold me a harness around Christmas and have not seen the harness or heard from him since. I pm'd him about a half a dozen times, filed a PayPal complaint and contacted the moderator to contact him. After all that he has not surfaced. I even pm'd him two times when he was last online on Dec 28th. Even though he was online he did not answer my pm's. Does anyone know who Kidnice's is? He has been on this board for a long time and does not fit the profile of a scammer.

I sent him the payment for a maff adapter and filter on December 15th. I have not recived my parts and I have had no contact with hi. I have e-mailed, pmed, and sent messages to him on aim and have not recived my parts or tracking number. I was also contacted byt two other members asking me if I have recived my parts and that he was scaming them to.

the seller Nuked is a scamer, the same as stated by 666 EVO above. He has yet to get in touch with me since the payment, and has not sent anything out. There are atleast three others dealing with the same crap from him. He's just stealing people's money and not shipping out.

we were in contact about a clutch that was coming off of my car... it had very few launches on it, and low mileage. We were under agreement that once my new clutch goes in, I will immediately send him the clutch out of my car. The day the clutch came out, I rushed to the UPS and shipped the clutch out to him. That same day I received a pm saying:

Naturally I notify him that it was sent out and pm'ed him the tracking number with the ETA of the clutch.

Everything was fine. I tracked the package all the way to his door. A few months go by, and I was just checking up on some finances, so I can use my paypal to buy some little goodies... Well come to find out 03VIII had withdrawn the money he had paid me for the clutch. I had contacted him on SEVERAL occasions, and all he wrote back to me one time was:

My reply was:

with all due respect, I told you what condition the clutch was in. you take a risk when you buy ANYTHING used. I had showed you pictures of it earlier in the day, and you had told me everything looked fine. can you atleast give me $100 to help cover some of the shipping costs? (i live in hawaii so i paid alomst $80 to ship the entire clutch)

HIS RESPONSE:


Never got the money, never heard from him again... I am working on trying to file a small claims court suit against him. Its not a lot of money, but $180 is a lot to GIVE someone something I was selling..

ON another note, paypal wouldnt cover the transaction, and evom said that the only thing that the site can do is make the 2 parties talk to one another to resolve the issue.

Same problem here with Nuked! Payed on 1/02/09 and that the last that I heard from him.

 

People that are dealing with Nuked. Here is his girl friends e-mail wvuhlthnmusic@yahoo.com. I sent her a big e-mail when he tried to cheat me. She contacted me back and sent the parts. Hope this might help some of you guys.

damn I almost bought a blow through setup from nuked after I bought the tactrix cable from gseclipse01. That would have sucked....getting scammed twice in 2 weeks.

 

everything ok. he refunded me today.

ok i found a part online that i needed so i sent the money next day to the guy he said that he sent the part out. I waited a week then i called the usps they said it would only take 2-3 days. so i pm the guy and he said the package got sent back to him because the weight was off on the slip and that he was so sorry about that. then he said that he was sending it out again so he gave me a tracking number so i went to track it and it said that its not a tracking number so i pm him again said wtf he said oh sorry gave u the wrong one so i said ok i give him 2-3 more days and then i called the usps place and they said that its weird there is no other scan on the package. so i said hey he has good feedback ill wait. so another week goes by still no package so if i dont hear anything from the guy about wtf is going with my package ill put his name out.
