I remember his thread on the sale of the fp red. He hit his minimum posts and was trying to sell a big ticket item. Some of the EvoM members and I were talking about COD with him but he never responded to go that route. I'm sorry to hear that someone fell for it even after all the postings that were there. If a seller doesn't want to do paypal or local pick-up...just pass it up. It's not worth it.
We are investigating "tunechi" thanks to jasons9594 who helped provide some information. At this point, stay away from the guy for now until we get to the bottom of this.
In the meantime, please contact your local law enforcement or the the law enforcement in this guy's hometown (ya'll have his address already). Talk to their internet fraud division. They'll investigate and help to get your money back and also lock this guy up.

Ill update as i go but ive been talking around and i think its a federal crime becuase the package has been shipped over state lines so this should be resolved soon....
