paid the 16jul 2010 friday whit paypal for a Garrett To4z
he told friday the 16 it would be ship (Posssably today if not tomorrow on my day off)
the 17jul -19-20-21jul sent him couple pm to have my tracking number
never respond ,search on other forum and found him on njdsm
sent him a other pm , he return my pm on the thursday 07-22-2010
(listen it is shipped,i contacted u on njdsm cuz that pm went to my phone,the only times im on here for the msot part are from my phone n i dunt really see the pm box area cuz i havnt been looking for it,i will get u tracking tonight or tomorrow.everything is taken care of and its on the way,sorry i havnt gotten back to u sooner)
now the 26jul he never sent the tracking number
I am the third on this forum to be scammed by him found out to late
can a mod or admin try to contact him
or suppend his account

I have been scammed by Sick2.3Evo for $1600. I am in 2 paypal claims against him, and this is ridiculous. Other contact information with him is Konrod clarke, and the email: younggangstar2003@yahoo.com. I also did a credit card transaction through him at this information: Jam West Motorsports
First, I purchased a GSR transfercase in perfect condition from Karlos (sick2.3Evo) for $800 shipped. After 3 weeks, he never shipped it out. When I finally received it he told me it was an RS transfercase, and he sent that instead for making me wait. I sent it to Buschur Racing before installing it to check it over, to find out it was not an RS transfercase, and that it was broken internally and externally. It was an $800 paperweight.
In the meantime, before I found out it was bad, I purchased an RS transmission from the seller for another $800. He immediately gave me a tracking number for it, and it never worked. After a week of the number not working, I had then found out that he ripped me off on the transfercase. I immediately contacted paypal and alerted them of the situation. I have received $800 back from paypal for the transmission deal, but I have not received any money back from the transfercase.
Karlos has not logged on since the 16th of August, and has made no effort to contact me at all. It is so aggregating being ripped off by a member of the Evo community....., grrrr.
Any other help, or information anyone can lend, would be greatly appreciated. Mods, I hope proper action is taken against his account immediately.

The problem with the first transaction that because he took so long to ship it out, it was past the 45 days paypal provides protection. So, I think I'm only going to get $800 of the $1600 back. Dan Buschur is helping me out with the transfercase though, so hopefully we can make something of it.
I have filed a paypal claim and WON after 45 days on a broke xbox dispute and i ended up keeping the xbox and getting my money back all in one go!! its possible i just had to call paypal up and explain the whole situation
Well since nothing has come of this yet I'm still posting it up cause the guy just chooses to completely ignore my pm's. I just finally got to pm him again and he is back posting on the site so he probably figures I have given up. I'll stick at this forever, even if I don't need the parts in the future. It's the trust factor that bothers me the most. Here is my original scam post.

Ok guys I'm posting up my situation.
I bought a set of tial v44 wastegates from impavidoevo5. He told me everything would come with them.
He took forever to get the gates to me in the first place. After waiting a month for him to finally get them to me they arrived.
I check them out and there are no flanges or clamps. If anyone has priced these alone a set for two gates cost almost as much as just buying one new gate with everything. So I ask him what was up, he told me he forgot and would get them out right away.
That was almost a month and a half ago now.
I messaged him a bunch of times and at first he would answer maybe 1 of 3 pm's and now he hasn't answered me at all for a month. After my last pm telling him I was going to post up about my experience with him, the guy hasn't even come back on the site. Before he was on at least once a day everyday before that.
If anyone knows the guy can someone please see whats going on. I just want to build my manifold and I don't want to spend another $200-300 on flanges and clamps for USED wastegates when this stuff was suppose to be included and I've already spend $440.
I have his name and address if anyone wants it, I'll post it up if you guys feel it is acceptable, just let me know what you think.

Update, he contacted me last night after posting this and said he was going to ship the parts to me. He even offered to refund some money. I'll be happy with just the parts. So we'll see where it goes. One step in the right direction.
