that dude has been banned 3 times wish they would block his ip and domain etc dude been back 3 times you should never buy from this dude
period

 

We actually have banned each of his accounts and the associated IP addresses. Problem is that he's had a different IP address with each different account. So, when we ban one, he starts an account with a new IP address...

 

you can't block his name or make a ultimate scammers list with name and profiles address paypal address and such

 

My latest email on my situation, I asked if there was any updates on him sending me my parts, got this reply:

well i have it all wrapped and set-up to go out but now you got my ****ing account disabled so it will go out when i get to it,

I guess it is my fault he didn't send the parts.....

 

his account is disabled unless he goes with sending the parts to you. his selling privileges is disabled but not his account.

 

Thats what I told him, the sooner the parts get to me the sooner I would contact the moderators and let them know so it can be enabled again.

dang philthy i hope you paypaled or CC him and put a stop on it instantly so he cant take any money the way I work is you have 3 days to get my product out the door unlessI know you then i open a dispute you not about to pull the money out and run off.

 

He has been lying to me, claiming he shipped it, keeps saying he has the tracking # and will send and nothing for the last week...

Funny, as soon as I stopped payment and made a couple of posts I get a text message with a tracking # for something that was just shipped... I don't trust the guy anymore and will hold payment until I receive the part I paid for...

I'll keep you all posted - apparently I'm not the first person that has had a negative experience with this guy...

Sold transmission on 3 July. Have had nothing but the run around on a refund. Law suit and small claims case filed.

Paid for an AMS Intercooler last week tuesday and emailed him. Havent heard of him regarding the confirmation of shipping.

(Not an accusation, just havent got a reply back after payment was sent)

 

don't expect to see your money. i would be SUPER surprised to see if you can even get ahold of him. PM me what paypal account you sent your payment to. wouldn't be surprised if they match.

 

He refused to receive payment via paypal because he reckons he had bad experiences with them twice so he suggested moneygram and i had no other choice but to do that. Details he gave me about himself was

He also was involved with someone else on here regarding some scam type issue but turns out he just went on holiday and the buyer eventually ended up receiving whatever he paid for. I have heard is the owner of fully built inc?? mentioned in this scam thread a few pages back
