sasd 01eclipsegs logged on yesterday. Did he answer your PM. I still have not gotten any responses from him about what I am owed. And Paypal is a waste of time. They will only tell me they can not do anything until he puts money in the account or tries to buy something. So much for protection.

I agree with you man. If you would've known about that 1 bad tire he didn't disclose, you wouldn't have made the transaction and you would've kept the $550 in your pocket. GL!!!

Either way I am not out anything other then some stress. I would be very cautious when dealing with this user.

Condensed version:
1. I paid on Jan 3
2. For next several weeks he only responded intermittently to my status requests and his story to me didn't match his other for sale posts.
3. I requested a refund
4. He responded several days later that he would
5. He sent a refund throug paypal
6. It was denied twice due to bank funds
7. He tried telling me that Paypal said I had to cancel my claim/refund request through AMEX or they wouldn't process his new refund request
8. Call Paypal and they say BS. They will process a refund whenever he wants
9. He sends me nasty text about me being a dick because I post some of this info on Evom
