having a good time at the AMS swap meet.. bought a splitter that I was told was authentic APR and for an evo 8. Got home test fitted and looked like this:








doesnt even fit close to right on the sides.. seller

claimed he had no idea it didnt fit right, and it was previously on a time attack evo.
just wanted to report this as he was looking to trade it on here.

actually on the thread I started about this fitment someone suggested it was an ebay splitter which made me more angry

 

why do you keep lying. I have over 1,000 text messages back and forth with you.
You make it seem like you are the one who is trying to keep the AEM and get your money back. You are not the one taking the loss i am. My AEM EMS is gone. You need to stop making false accusations. You are saying completly different things to me in text then you come on here and lie and say something completly different. You even said in the messages that it looks like it was stolen and said you would stop posting lies online. And you say this stuff about insurance you should of included it in your payment not ask about it a week later. and say i refused to give it too you. Cuz thats a LIE i would have had no problem if you would have wanted it, but you cant say that you tried when you asked about it a week later. You are going around lying just to make yourself look better. I am the one who is getting screwed MY AEM IS GONE..... and i have nothing to show for it but people calling me a scammer. WHICH I AM NOT!!!!!!!

yea I tried too, he said he spent all the money at the meet. which I know is a lie.
he also said he cannot refund me.. anybody know him personally?

First of all your a moron if it got stolen who ships **** like that.i said give me my money back or get me aem not both you moron.When i asked you about ****ing insurance you said you had shipped it already that was the next day the 4/21/09.I was worried when you shipped USPS and since it was "shipped" already you couldn't do anything.The box was post marked 4/27/09.How do you explain that?maybe a day or two from when you said you shipped it but not six.wtf you want me to called a great guy are you kidding?Never responded to any of the paypal claim emails.I wonder why?2 email addresses 3 different names explain that?

paypal used to be the worst online service ever, but these days its the most secure. they back their buyers up now more then the sellers. I wouldnt do ANY transaction online unless it was through a major credit card or paypal. if you're the seller make sure you ship to the confirmed addy. if youre the buyer, make sure you file a dispute within 45 days. 3 people attempted to scam me this month for iphone crap, and paypal owned each one of them.

sounds good. if he didnt run a keylogger or a exe file then the guy must be NEO, because paypal limits you like 3 trys to guess the password, so to crack a pass within 3 trys is impressive, unless his password was "password"
