scammed me out of $2000 for a set of work XD9s!!! I stupidly sent via paypal as a "gift" and now I'm screwed......

His name is Thien Tran and lives in arlington, texas. drives a blue IX.

I live 15 min. from arlington and the North Texas Evo club is strong in the area.

Post up something in the NTEC section and check the member list.

Looks like he removed his data. Someone has to know him though...

Do you have proof of that? Right now it's just a he said she said type of arguemnt. Post some screenshots and clear your names.

 

We were on a 3 way call with paypal n i clear the transaction/refunded back to him..yeah imma get the screenshot of the transaction, this dude just tryin to ruin my reputation..its all cool though

 

 

Once you post screenshots and show everyone, you will be cleared granted it shows the refund. There hasn't been any negative feedback left either.

Edit: Just saw the screenshot. As far as I'm concerned, you refunded him the money and this thread should be closed.

 

OP - Please PM me and confirm you've been refunded the money.

This is an important reminder on why to never gift money to anyone on Paypal unless it is in fact a gift. If you want Paypal to fight for you then they deserve their commission.
