evo03rt is a thief. I am not the only one he has scammed. I paid $1600 for a tranny that never showed up. Now it is posted on Craigslist.

I have filed a claim with paypal, a chargeback with my credit card agency and filed charges with the police. Good luck douchebag.

That sucks. This should be interesting though. Good luck with paypal. They almost always side with the buyer so I'm sure you'll get your money one way or another. I'm sure that guy probably transferred the money you sent out of his paypal account asap.

Wow. Seems like this guy scammed at least three people on the same ad. Everyone who got burned will hopefully speak up on this thread.

you can see from the post, his name address everything so its only a matter of time till this catches up with him.

His phone # is clearly posted in his signature, with the name of the shop he is associated with, and his shipping address is also on the receipts, i wouldnt wait for any authorities over $1600. contact him on craigslist as a potential buyer then have the cops get involved once he shows up

Thanks for the heads up as now we can be informed and not fall into his trap. Good thing you used paypal and involving the authorities was a wise move. What a shame that he is on craiglist and hopefully there are no more victims.

I took a look at his record, He has been charged with a Criminal misdimenor on 12/13/12 In oak lawn.
Whats paypal got to say about it? did they pay you back yet? least you paid with Credit card and did a charge back.

This is why I don't purchase off of people who haven't been on the site for atleast 2 years and have a proven track record on here.

Honestly this a usually a good +sign but at the end of the day it means nothing. Lots of people out of work these past years and sadly that just makes it more appealing to screw people over.
