I would seriously look into contacting his higher ups on this and let them know who they have employed. He shouldn't be that hard to track down.

Yeah man it sucks it comes down to that.. But PayPal literally told me its not their problem and to track the guy down myself.. Track down a guy who robbed me!? That's the only help the could offer they needed me and the person who scammed me to settle it on our own.. While they went into my bank account and gave him the 1250 back.. How is that even fair..

People saying they lost packages is becoming way to common and Paypal needs to make a safe way not to get ****ed for the seller. Plain and simple

Wow. Good to here. I don't know about his unit, but when I was in the Army... If someone called your company commander for something financial like that, they would b forced to pay. It would b taken from their pay. Good job staying on it man!

if they are buddies then he would be pretty high ranking and money would not be an issue as he states in some threads.

If that doesn't work call his first sergeant. If that doesn't work go up his chain of command. Keep going til u get results. Not everyone in the military is honest, true. But someone can help. It's punks like this that need to have some kind of punishment for taking innocent people's money that I would imagine most work very hard for. It's really f**ked up.
