I was at Best Buy this evening in White Marsh and there was a "HUGE" Baltimore County Cop going up and down the Best Buy to Target parking lots looking for any cars with no front license plates on or illegal tint. He was writing these tickets with nobody in the cars. They were parked and most were employee's cars at the back of the lots. He wrote three tickets in a 15 minute span that I was on my phone. Two Mustangs were written up.

lol this is funny because I'm not sure how the Maryland law is, because were not allowed to write ticket's on private property. Whether it be a shopping center, private parking in a apartment complex, etc... Unless it's a fire lane. I would fight those tickets in a heart beat!

i think the cops in whitemarsh just have a stick up there A$$. I was heading to Ikea to get a bed and some A$$ pulled me over cause I have a clear plastic protector over my rear plate and wrote me a ticket for $55. what a tool.
