O, ive been around, just lurking... between flying into nashville for all the home games, working both my jobs, family issues and whatnot, that leaves about as much time as i need for sleep... so sorry i couldnt get into an argument about whos teams better lately, just didnt have the energy but alas i havent gone anywhere...

yea, vince has thrown his fair share of INTs, but that comes with the growing pains.... if you could remind me how your 30 million dollar qb in steve mcnair is doing @ the moment?? wasnt he supposed to lead you guys to the SB @ one point?

like ive said before, i will defend vince...hes made some really good progress these last could games in the passing phases. granted we have no big name recievers and the last 3 before this past sunday we were playing from behind and he forced some throws, but his learning ability showed up this sunday....

and i have no reason why big al makes that much of a difference but christ, without him we have no damn chance @ the playoffs or even winning... sad but true, by not playing hes earning himself more money by proving we cant win without him this year for some reason... but we are only a half game out of the wildcard @ this point and im sure we will make it very interesting...

awsome game i dont care if we lost or the crap behind it and all the controversey already... its been said already that will go down as one of the greatest regular season games ever.... great game all around

ill agree with you that it was an awesome game, but there was absolutly no controversy @ all. if your talking about the timeout, billick (the genius) said it best "if they make it on 4th and 1 and we dont call a timeout, then your sitting here asking me why we didnt." not to mention the fact that it has ALWAYS been allowed for any coach to call a timeout...granted it is against the rules, but the refs not going to turn around to see whos calling the timeout before he signals it, he needs to be paying attention to the game...

also a point to make, if the pats catch either of those 3 TDs they dropped, the game wouldnt have even been that close, but they didnt so it was... gave the rat fans things to cheer about...

willis looked very impressive but he needs to realize he is not the best back in the league and he needs to stop saying it...but he look very very good... best hes looked all year...same with boller, very calm and impressive in the pocket (he wasnt dancing for the 1st time this year under pressure). defense showed up big for the most part, but again looked very suspect under pressure...

ill even go so far as to say the ravens gave the game to the pats, you cant have those penalties in that situation (and it was a legit hold on welker, they called it wrong).

but silver it all comes down to this... 4-8 vs. 7-5......

Tuff loss for the Ravens last night too. I think they got screwed and I am by no means a Ravens fan. So that should tell ya something...

not gunna argue but ^^ record doesnt matter when we will both be out of the playoffs i promise that. we had a 10x's harder schedual and if they played every other team like the did NE we would be in a lot different place right now. IF i say IF you do get in playoffs you wont get far. so yes it comes down to the fact we both have crappy records and suck. so the whole time we were both right.

oh and just cuz i can say it... vince blows... and swallows

As a Pats fan watching that game I came away thinking, we're gonna get the best everyone has to offer 'til this streak ends one way or another. And the best the Ravens had to offer was... alot.

The DB's we really flying around the field knocking heads. Backers were solid, we were again pretty lame running the ball for much of the game, and Brady was getting hit to boot. Really impressed with the Ravens team...where the hell have they been??? I think if they could put up that kind of intensity on a weekly basis they'd be a force to be reckon with.

They did in the end give the Pats way too many chances to win, and the Pats eventually did what Championship caliber teams do...WIN. That was as poor as the Pats have came out all year. Guys dropping ***** (wish Watson could catch a pass in the endzone), a couple bad o line breakdowns causing Brady to take more hits than usual, and a defense that was obviously getting beat up.

Big up's to the Ravens for reminding people who may have been complaining about running up the score that both teams are getting paid. They came out with alot of emotional intensity and came closer than anyone yet to beating us. Who wudda thunk it!

Personally, I am going to BOO mangini sooooo hard when he comes to New England. I don't care about blowing people up or whatever, But I really hope we put an 80 spot up against the J E T S

But good luck anyways Not a personal attack...just always had a distain for the Jets and Dolphins.

Don't mention it man, You could tell alot of the guys from the U were really playing for something more than a game( If you heard the prayer Ray Lewis put on before the game there was alot of release in playing football). . It was a real fight. I'm fine with that being our toughest game of the year****crosses fingers

Guy thats fine with me. Last year I went to the Jets/Patriots playoff game with my buddy who is a huge Pats fan. He got the tickets last minute so I figured we weren't sitting on the Pats sideline. I wore my Pennington jersey "gotta wear your teams colors" and well....huge mistake. My idiot buddy had tickets 15 rows back on the 50 yard line behind Brady and the freaken Patriots. I was the only one in green as far as the eye could see.

Oh, and we were at the end of the row by the stairs. So every single drunk Pats fan that had to **** and get another beer felt the need to grab me and tell my Pennington sucked. Guy im 6.2 and 215.......and I knew to keep my mouth shut. It could have gotten really ugly for me.

Like I said I am a Jets fan till the end. And yeah, we suck every year.

Sorry to hear about your Foxboro experience. I've been in those shoes many times, Some places worse than others. On the bright side, That's a great vantage point to watch a game.

Yes, they gave the Pats the game....As usual, the Ravens let their emotions get the best of them and obviously it manifested itself in the game. You're GROWN ****ING MEN, if someone calls you "boy" you tell your coach and you approach the head referee during a TV timeout and tell him what is going on. You don't act like a bunch of whiny *****es and argue with a ref DURING a game! They'll ALWAYS win that battle.......

I am personally putting Anthony Smith on the block...I don't want him, and I'm sure nobody else does.

What a dumbass! Why would he give them something to focus on all week? The Ravens didn't say crap all that week and they came out and gave the Pats their best test of the year. By Smith saying that, he added fuel to their fire!!!

I didn't think the Pats let his comments bother them, until I saw Tom Brady seek him out after the TD to talk **** to him.

Well it's one thing if an all pro safety talks some ****... It's another if some 2nd year punk runs his mouth when he wouldn't even be playing if Troy didn't get hurt. Just stupid. At any rate, I think we're gonna get another shot at them.
