I ran Friday and scored a 618, which was good for 16th overall. Normally, I wouldn't get too excited about finishing 16th in anything, but given how many people ran, I'm sort of pumped about the whole deal.

Consider that, from a national perspective, my score puts me in the top 1.7% of everyone who competed and the top 9.4% of "pro" drivers. The numbers are better even at the local level, I was in the top 0.82% of all DC event drivers and the top 6.8% of DC event pros (does this mean that DC area drivers suck as a whole?).

At local autocrosses, I'm usually psyched if I break into the top 25% by PAX index.

I did see a silver Evo there Friday, no idea who's it was though...

Hey Pable....that yellow EVo you saw was mine. I timed my exit so we would intersect as I split.... I would have stopped to say hi, but I was on my gf's schedule at that point and had to get to a picnic...huhu

Cool, I was hoping it'd be someone here... You ought to come out to the autocrosses with us, lots of fun, and the better way to test the car... although JW won't be the only bright yellow EVO anymore then!
