Where's a good road to tune?

I was thinking I'd go out to 70 west to get some road tuning done. Going to start on my tuning venture seeing as I have a really good chance at heading up one of the SAE club races as tuner.

Will most likely do most of the tuning at night around 2:00 a.m. and would prefer a road that's usually empty. I live in Potomac or College park and there's nowhere safe to do it around here.

Use any drag strip running a test-n-tune event. Just FYI, I don't think most people on this forum are going to tell you where to go speed limit braking. I wouldn't be surprised if the mods killed this thread.

EDIT: Check out Capital Raceway. They have t-n-t events pretty often.

Highlighted the important part. Tune on a dyno or drag strip.
